France<\/strong><\/a>: The mission of the Grande Loge F\u00e9minine de France is the constant and unlimited search for truth and justice, in order to contribute to the \u201cperfection of humanity.\u201d Women\u2019s Freemasonry has a long history in Europe and in France in particular.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/wglca.org\/\"><strong>Women\u2019s Grand Lodge of California<\/strong><\/a>: The mission statement of the Women\u2019s Grand Lodge of California is to foster personal growth and to serve and provide aid to their families, communities, and the world. It\u2019s connected to the United Women\u2019s Grand Lodge Alma Mexicana and includes (at present) three lodges in the Los Angeles area.<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/glfb-vglb.be\"><strong>Women\u2019s Grand Lodge of Belgium<\/strong><\/a>: With 41 active lodges in Belgium, the Women\u2019s Grand Lodge of Belgium reflects universal Freemasonry: a strong commitment to all human rights and a freedom of conscience, and a rejection of discriminations.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Mixed Masonic Orders:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.comasonic.org\"><strong>Le Droit Humain International<\/strong><\/a>: Translated to \u201cthe Human Right\u201d in English, members of Le Droit Humain International search for truth and seek to promote the progress of individual worth, without the imposition of dogma, or requiring the abandonment of cultural or religious ideas.<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.godf.org\"><strong>Grand Orient of France<\/strong><\/a>: With over 50,000 members and 1,200 lodges, the Grand Orient of France permits both men\u2019s and mixed-gender lodges.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.georgewashingtonunion.org\/\"><strong>George Washington Union (GWU) Grand Lodge<\/strong><\/a>: With lodges in North America, GWU was established from the Grand Orient of France in 2002. A few years after completing the Lincoln statue, she completed one of Albert Pike.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/history\/historic_figures\/besant_annie.shtml\"><strong>Annie Besant<\/strong><\/a><strong> (1847\u20131933):<\/strong> A leader in the women\u2019s rights movement in the United Kingdom, Besant established England\u2019s first lodge of mixed Masonry in 1902, now the International Order of Co-Masonry.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.npg.org.uk\/collections\/search\/person\/mp16623\/julia-sarah-anne-cobden-sanderson\"><strong>Annie Cobden-Sanderson<\/strong><\/a><strong> (1853\u20131926):<\/strong> A founding member of the Women&#8217;s Freedom League, and a high-profile member of the Women\u2019s Social and Political Union.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/californiafreemason.org\/2019\/04\/20\/of-their-own-freewill-and-accord\/\"><strong>Marion Halsey<\/strong><\/a><strong> (1861\u20131927):<\/strong> While serving as the second grand master of the mixed grand lodge HFAF, Halsey played an important role into creating the first purely feminine Masonic order in 1935. Today the <a href=\"https:\/\/hfaf.org\/\">HFAF Order of Women Freemasons<\/a> has more than 6,000 members in the United Kingdom and other parts of the world.<\/li><li><a
